Fruit and Yogurt Parfait |
Ingredients:
500 gms of juju dahu
2 cups of chopped assorted fruits (I added banana, pomegranate, kiwi, apple, strawberry and grapes)
1 table spoon honey
1/2 cup assorted chopped dry fruits
1 cup of museli
1 cup strawberry jam
Preparation: (serves 5)
- Chill the serving glass in the refrigerator
- Roast the chopped nuts till crunchy
- Mix the juju dahu with honey
- When ready to serve remove the glasses from the fridge and put one layer of muesli
- Over it put two table spoon of honey mixed juju dahu
- Put one layer of straw berry jam
- Next put one table spoon of assorted fruits
- Over this put another layer of juju dahu
- Finally sprinkle good amount of dry fruits
- Serve immediately
