Buttermilk |
Ingredients:
500 liter sour curd
Juice of 1 lemon
1 table spoon grated ginger
1/4 tea spoon hing
1 spoon sugar
salt to taste
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/12 liter chilled water
Preparation:
1. Blend together curd, lemon juice, grated ginger, hing, sugar,salt, coriander leaves and water in a blender till frothy.
2. Store in a refrigerator
3. Serve chilled
