Ingredients: (makes 25 ladoos)
250 gm black or brown til (sesame)
200 gms jaggary
1 tea spoon elachi powder
1 table spoon ghee
Preparation:
1. Heat kadai and dry roast the til on medium flame til sesame starts splitting
2. Cool and blend the til coarsely
3. Grate the jaggery and mix with the blended til
4. Add the elachi powder and ghee
5. Mix and make small balls of this mixture
6. Store in air tight container
