Milk Pudding |
This is a quick, simple, eggless, no bake pudding. The cardamom adds that extra flavour and the taste buds are left asking for more.
Ingredients:
500 litre whole milk
1 can condensed milk
200 gm. instant china grass
1 tea spoon cardamom powder
Preparation:
- Boil the milk
- To the boiled milk add the condensed milk and the instant china grass and bring it to a boil
- Add the cardamom powder and mix well
- Pour on to a serving dish and refrigerate till the pudding sets
- Cut into required shape and serve
