Masala Wheat Murmura |
Ingredients:
500 gm wheat murmura
1 cup peanuts
1 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon haldi
8 garlic pods
2 whole dry red chilies
2 strands curry leaves
1 tea spoon oil
1 tea spoon sugar
1 table spoon hurikadale (roasted channa)
salt to taste
Preparation:
1.Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, haldi, broken red chili, peanuts, garlic, and saute till pea nuts turn light brown
2. Put off the flame and add hurikadale, salt, sugar,red chili powder and mix well
3. To this add the wheat murmura and mix well
4. Store in air tight container.
