Ammana adige mane in Kannada means mother's kitchen. This blog is aimed at those who love to cook simple home made food with minimum available ingredients.The style of recipes in this blog will be mostly Dakshina Kannada (Vegetarian) home made food. However I intend to share recipes other than authentic Dakshina Kannada cooking which include cuisines from Andhra, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Punjab...There is also something for those who like cuisine from across the sea.

Chocolate Rocker

Yummy chocolate rockers make for a quick crunchy dessert especially in kid parties. This addictive, delicious dish just melt in the mouth. This tasty treat whips up in no time.

Ingredients:
6 table spoon nutella
7-8 parle milk biscuits
1 cup corn flakes
1 tea spoon white butter
2 table spoon cocoa powder
2 table spoon almond powder
1/2 tea spoon chocolate essence (optional)

Preparation:
1.Put the nutella and butter in a microwavable bowl and microwave for a minute
2. Mix well and add crushed biscuits, corn flakes, chocolate essence and mix well
3. Make small balls and first roll in cocoa powder and then in almond powder.
4. Refrigerate for an hour before serving
